Corporate Driver Training Terms and Conditions

Reservation and payment

1. All bookings should be made by completing the booking form and sending to: booking@gearlessadsfleet.uk

2. All bookings will be regarded as provisional until the full course fees have been received by Gearlessadsfleet at least four weeks before the course start date.

3. FULL payment must be received with the booking form at the time of booking to allocate a place on the course.

4. Booking forms will not be accepted until receipt of FULL PAYMENT.

5. Confirmation of your payment and booking form will be sent within two weeks from receipt.

6. All course details will be dispatched to you once we have received full payment of the course fees and within four weeks prior to the course.

7. Attendance on the course will be refused if full payment has not been received prior to the start of the course.

8. Any additional training or development required following the course, to meet the assessment criteria, will be at an additional cost.

Cancellation

9. To cancel the course all cancellation notices must be emailed and sent to: booking@gearlessadsfleet.uk

10. No refund will be issued after the 3 months of booking.

The following cancellation conditions and charges apply:

• If you give 15 or more working days notice, all course fees are refunded to you except the deposit amount of £100
• If you give 10 to 14 working days notice, 25% of course fees are payable as well as your deposit of £100
• If you give five to nine working days notice, 50% of course fees are payable as well as your deposit of £100
• If you give three to four working days notice, 75% of course fees are payable as well as your deposit of £100
• If you give less than three working days notice, full course fees are payable.

For this purpose a working day will be any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in the UK.

10. If you do not attend a course, and have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.

11. Transfer of bookings must be emailed and can be requested up to 21 working days before the course date to avoid the cancellation fees above applying.

12. Gearlessadsfleet reserves the right to cancel or change the venue of a training course should unforeseen circumstances occur at anytime without liability. Should we need to cancel a course, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund will be provided. Gearlessadsfleet will not be liable for any further compensation. If we do need to cancel we will endeavour to offer alternative dates as near to the original booking as possible.

General

13. All intellectual property rights in material supplied on courses is subject to copyright and owned by Gearlessadsfleet and therefore any duplication in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.

14. The course may only be attended by the person named in the booking form and may not be assigned to any other person without the permission of the Gearlessadsfleet

15. Gearlessadsfleet reserves the right to alter prices from those published.

COVID-19 Terms & Conditions

Considering Covid-19, the following conditions are in place with immediate effect; • If you are showing any symptoms of Coronavirus, please let me know ASAP and lesson will not go ahead. Symptoms include cough, sore throat, loss of taste, sense of smell and High temperature/fever. • You will NOT be charged for late cancellation. • To stop this being abused, you will be taken out of the diary for a period of at least 14 days (to enable testing/self-isolation). • Any driving tests booked will be moved. This is non-negotiable. This is to ensure the welfare of you, the driving examiners, myself and other pupils. • This will also ensure you still have adequate training to enable the best outcome for your test. • I will have a distance thermometer to take your temperature at the start of lesson. • These CV-19 conditions will also apply if any member of your household are showing symptoms. • Upon commencement of lessons with Gearlessads you must declare if you or any members of your household have shown symptoms in the previous 14 days.
